Young V&A is set up for kids and teenagers to actually make things, not just look at them. You'll find hands-on design workshops, animation and craft sessions, and events that invite young people to have a proper go at art. The programming spans summer festivals, term-time classes, and stuff that works for different abilities. It sits in Hackney, drawing families and school groups across East London. The vibe is exploratory and inclusive rather than hushed gallery reverence. You go there to do, to mess around with ideas, to see what sticks.
