The Moretown Belle is a big modern sports pub tucked into the Thomas More Square development in Wapping, a few minutes from St Katharine Docks and Tower Hill. The darts setup

There are five dartboards here, all the newer Winmau Blade type. Three sit in the original corner on the left as you come in, and two more were added on the right, over towards the toilets, so there is room to spread out when it gets busy. They are standard steel-tip oches rather than the automatic-scoring electronic kind you find at the big chains, so bring your own chalk-and-banter scoring. One thing worth knowing: the lighting near the boards can throw a bit of shadow, so pick your angle. The boards are listed as CoLDA approved, which tells you they are set to proper league spec.
