Originally from Mainland China, he is a master of spices and flavours. He'll be presenting to you his signature fusion of Chinese and southeast Asian inspired dishes. Enjoy dishes like Spicy Chicken Baos, Prawn Grapefruit Salad, Dong Po Rou(东坡肉),Mapo Tofu... finishing off with Extra Burnt Basque Cheese Cake.
