99 Comedy Club Leicester Square: Fridays

Friday night at the 99 Club draws a room of people who've decided their week ends here. Seven Chortle Awards for best in London tells you what kind of comedians you get: people with credits on Live at the Apollo and Mock the Week, not a mic-hog tryout night.

You're in the heart of the West End, surrounded by people your age and attitude. The nightclub opens after the show if you want to dance it out. It's a solid, no-surprises night; good comics, a full room, someone else running the laughs.
