Quiz Night

The Ailsa Tavern runs a regular quiz night that works as a built-in reason to head out. You need a team and your wits. It's the kind of evening that fits into a weeknight or becomes an excuse for a Saturday, depending on when it lands for you.

Questions come, drinks are in hand. It's straightforward: a room of locals, some thinking required, no pretence about it. The entry cost is reasonable.

Nothing revolutionary here. It's just a format that works, the kind of thing that gets better once you've got people you know coming back.
