About
Every month Avocado improvises a full one-act play with no script, nothing planned. You watch people think fast and commit to bold choices. That's the thing about improv done right, it's got real stakes and real laughs.
The basement below The Curtains Up keeps the room tight and charged. Nobody's phoning it in when you can see the whites of the audience's eyes. It forces the performers to make it land.
Last Friday of every month. Go if you want comedy that has bite.
