This course is operated by Active Enfield. Fast-paced, fun, and great for fitness, badminton is the perfect way to stay active while enjoying a friendly, social game! Whether you’re here to rally with friends or sharpen your reflexes, this session has everything you need for an energising workout. About the Session: A class supervisor will be on hand to help organise games and offer a few tips along the way, perfect for players of all levels looking to play and improve in a relaxed environment. Equipment: Shuttles are provided. Please bring your own racquet where possible. Health & Safety: Please follow any current health guidelines in place. Before you book: Make sure to fill in all required details for each participant, including ages and any medical information.
