This is a women-only yoga course operated by Active Enfield. Join our instructor-led yoga session, welcoming all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners. Bring your own mat to fully enjoy the practice in a supportive environment. Level: All levels welcome. Equipment: Please bring your own yoga mat. Check-in: Remember to bring your booking confirmation to each session to show at reception for entry. Without it, access may be denied. Before you book: Please fill in all required information for every participant, including medical details and ages.
