BollyHit, Bollywood Dance Fitness Class (North Greenwich)

Bollywood dance fitness works because the music keeps you moving and the structure keeps you working. All fitness levels fit here. Cardio doesn't have to sound like punishment.

You'll learn and repeat routines, pushing hard the whole session. Real sweat. The room's energy exists, but this isn't a dance party pretending to be cardio. It's exercise, rigorously structured, with a soundtrack that's different from the usual gym loop.

Try it if electronic-heavy classes bore you, if you're curious about Bollywood movement, or if you want a workout that actually lands. North Greenwich, community space.
