Candlelit Sundays

The Mayflower's candlelit Sunday evenings don't try to be anything but what they are. Sixteenth-century walls, Thames views, candles. It's the kind of quiet you need after a London week.

You get intimacy without forced event energy. The candlelight holds the room together. Right for catching up with someone, or for sitting with just your own thoughts and the water outside.

Places like this still matter. They remind you London has deeper layers.
