Covent Garden Comedy Club: Friday Night Stand-Up

Fifty seats above Nell of Old Drury in Covent Garden. The comedians aren't testing things out, they're the kind who've worked their way to television and the big stages. Ninety minutes in a space small enough to matter, close enough that you can see how they actually do it. Professional, but intimate.

The pub downstairs means you can arrive early, settle in with a drink, then head up for the show. The kind of night London's good at when you know where to look.
