About
This October Jazz at Trades is excited to welcome back a very special guest, vocalist Annie Majin!
Young trailblazing vocalist Annie Majin invites you to an evening of musical storytelling. Refurbished jazz standards, vocal bebop, original lyrics and vocalese for the freaks. Known for her whip-smart stage presence, Annie bears her soul to you in unexpected ways. Expect a vintage sound with quality musicianship.
Ive paid a lot more to see a lot worse - Audience member
Theatrical warmth to cabaret intimacy - The Henley Standard
If she drives like she sings, Id hate to pick up the tab for repairs - The Jazz Journal
Annie will be joined for this gig by a great rhythm section of Sam Davies (piano), Tom Rivière (double bass) and George Grundy (drums).
Another evening not to be missed, we hope you can join us! Doors at 7pm, music from 8pm
Our two tier pricing system aims to strike a balance between making our event accessible for all, whilst trying to ensure we can pay the musicians a fair wage for their performance. Please consider paying the full ticket price of £10 if you can, to help support our musicians and help to cover the costs involved in running the night.
