Live Music: Siobhan O'Driscoll

Siobhan O'Driscoll performs at the George Inn with a set of soulful and anthemic material. Live vocal performances work best when you're genuinely listening rather than using music as background company. Pub-scale performances suit this kind of vocal focus, you can hear the nuances in a voice and the way a singer handles shifting between different kinds of songs.

Worth your time if live vocals are your draw, and if you like evenings that ask for your attention. Best on a quieter night when you're not competing with the crowd to actually hear what's happening.
