Soul Train

Thursday nights here are built on soul, funk, and disco. Music that gets a room moving without needing to justify itself. There's enough hip hop and R&B in the rotation to stop the night feeling too strict about taste.

For a weekday option, this works. Happy hour all evening means you're not bleeding money while you figure out if this is your Thursday. It becomes the kind of place you either start going to, or you don't. Depends on the music.
