Charity Quiz Night

The Five Bells runs a quiz for charity every Tuesday at 8:30pm. It's the straightforward social, bring people or find them at the table, think together, occasionally land an answer nobody else does. Call ahead to book; places fill, which says something about how this one runs.

What works about quiz nights in pubs is simple: you're thinking out loud in a room built for exactly that. Collaborative, competitive without pressure, structured enough to feel like an event. You get the moments that matter, when someone recalls something obscure, when your table's actually in sync. It's the kind of Tuesday evening that's reliable partly because it's always the same.
