Friday DJ Sessions

The Nel's Friday nights work because the formula is simple: resident DJ, draught beer, Clapham locals. It's a pub that runs music into the evening without pretending to be a club. The view over the common means the room has air even when it fills up.

The draw is straightforward. Good beer, cocktails, someone who knows their way around the decks. You can still hear the person next to you but feel the whole room moving. South London Friday that works best as a beginning rather than a destination.
