Hackney Downs Comedy - £4 Wednesdays

Hackney Downs Wednesday comedy at The Star costs four quid. Cheap enough to catch on a weeknight without needing to plan ahead. Local and touring comedians rotate through an eight o'clock slot. Room where sound carries properly, so you can actually follow what's being said. Settle in with a drink.

Four quid suits anyone wanting comedy without West End markup or the formality that comes with it. Hackney Downs is accessible. Venue runs because someone cares about it, not like a circuit-box operation.
