LOLipops Comedy

A free stand-up night run by people who actually love comedy. The Distillers is a proper pub, not a comedy club. No ticket faff. You just show up.

Grassroots nights like this are where comedians test new material and newer acts get stage time. Rougher around the edges than the big rooms, but more willing to take risks. That's the appeal.

Hammersmith sits outside the main comedy circuit, which suits this vibe. Unpretentious, real stand-up, no cover charge. Good if you want comedy without all the machinery.
