Throughout the afternoon, we'll be running a series of short health talks covering: - Dementia awareness - Looking after your kidneys - Stopping smoking - Alcohol and wellbeing - Free wellbeing activities and advice As well as the talks, you'll be able to enjoy: - Free reflexology taster sessions Relax with a free neck and shoulder massage Get free health information and advice from experts Meet local organisations offering support for health, wellbeing, caring responsibilities and community activities Whether you're looking for health advice, support for yourself or someone you care for, or simply ways to stay healthy and connected, this friendly community event has something for everyone. This event is delivered by local charities Wimbledon Guild and Carers First, and is supported by Merton Council.
