About
Wednesday nights at Old China Hand mean chess from 7pm. All levels welcome, so you don't need to be proficient to join. The point of a pub chess club is the regularity of it: same night, same place, a small crew who keeps showing up.
This is how London's done it for decades. You play for the thinking, the company, or just because Wednesday 7pm has become your thing. The kind of regular that works because it asks nothing but that you show up.
