Records and Roasts

The Owl & Pussycat pulls off a pairing that shouldn't quite work: proper roasts and vinyl spinning. You get good food in a pub setting, with the kind of low-key neighbourhood feel that Shoreditch still has. It's the sort of place you can sit down for a couple of hours.

Upstairs in the Jago room there's more separation from the main bar if you want something quieter. The setup works for either a solid lunch or a longer evening depending on what's spinning. The kind of place that builds a crowd through word-of-mouth rather than hype.
