Saturday Live Music & Discos

The Anchor runs live music or DJ discos each Saturday, no entry charge. You're there for the music or because you fancy a night that feels low-key and actual. It's a real pub - pool, darts, sports on screen - so there's always something to do between songs.

Lewisham doesn't get talked about much for nights out. That's partly why it works. The focus stays on what's happening rather than who's watching. The rotation between live bands and DJs means Saturday doesn't feel like the same night every week. It's the kind of place where you show up as you are.
