Live at The Local

Friday nights at the King's Head don't stick to a script. Live music, comedy, magic, all mixed in as the evening shapes itself. Acoustic sets play alongside surprise acts. Kept easygoing, no pretence, no weight. The appeal is genuine unpredictability: you can't quite plan what you'll find.

For Friday nights, that's exactly right. No need to book ahead or scan lineups. Just a pub doing casual live entertainment properly. The mix means there's no particular crowd it's built for, anyone after something live and low-pressure will find their evening. Show up and you're not quite sure what the room will look like.
