Quiz Night

Montpelier runs quiz nights on Wednesday, the sort of thing that becomes part of your rhythm if you let it. Entry is £2.50 per person, low enough that you just go without thinking twice. There's a £50 prize to play for, which is enough to keep people engaged without turning it serious.

Book a table in advance. Walk in without one and you're either cramming into a corner or standing at the bar watching everyone else have the fun. Bring a team who know stuff, or just bring people whose company you want. It works either way.
