Saturday nights at The Oak: live bands typically from 8pm, free entry. The sets rotate across ska, funk, classic rock and 70s covers. Same acts come back regularly. You learn which nights suit your taste.

No cover, so showing up is low-stakes. Come for a band you know, or test one blind. Acts cycle through on a regular rotation, so a couple of visits and you know what's coming each week. It's the rhythm that appeals to the regulars here.
