Black people are diagnosed with cardiovascular and kidney disease 10 to 15 years earlier than other ethnicities, and this programme is built around that gap. Drop-in sessions check blood pressure and kidney health, and the longer track uses the land for movement, mental wellbeing and better eating habits. It suits anyone who wants more than a single check.
