Live Comedy

Comedy at The Waggon & Horses lands in the back bar on the first Sunday of each month, run by Wholelottacomedy. That consistency matters: it means there's a regular crowd and a crew of comedians rotating through, so you can actually plan around it.

Back-bar comedy is different from the big-room circuit. You're close enough to see everything, and the audience tends to be in on it. Familiar faces, people who've come back. It's where comics test material and locals come to laugh without ceremony. Check what's on before you head down.
