About
John Bevan was 20 when the 1971 British Lions beat the All Blacks. In 1973 he left union for rugby league, not knowing if it would ruin his career. Mari Lloyd's solo play, performed by Scott Gutteridge, follows that gamble and suits anyone curious about rugby history or big career risks. At £15, it's one evening with a single story.
