Baby Massage at Best Start Family Hub: Leytonstone

You will learn how to massage your baby safely during this weekly five-session course. Massage offers benefits such as bonding, calming your baby, improving sleep, aiding digestion, and enhancing circulation. We recommend you start after your baby has had their six checks and when your baby is content and alert. Course 1 will take place on 7, 14, 21, 28 September, 5 October 2026 Course 2 will take place on 19, 26, October, 2, 9, 16 November 2026 Course 3 will take place on 11, 18, 25 January, 1, 8 February 2027 Course 4 will take place on 22 February, 1, 8, 15, 22 March 2027 This is a Best Start in Life session.
