Every first Monday of the month. If you have lost someone you love, you are not alone: Age UK’s Bereavement Support session can help support you. It is free and open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one, regardless of the amount of time that has passed since their loss. The group is confidential and offers participants the chance to talk about their feelings and experiences in a safe, sympathetic and friendly environment.
