Weekly Trad Session

Thursday night trad at Nancy Spains is a session in the proper sense: musicians working through a familiar repertoire, the room filling with locals and visitors alike, everyone there for the music. It's free, unpretentious, and starts early.

Shoreditch's Irish pub scene is substantial, and Nancy Spains sits firmly in it. The evenings build as the night goes on. If you know traditional Irish music, you'll recognise what you're hearing. If you don't, you'll understand why people do.
