Burnt Faith Brandy House is built around brandy, and that focus shapes the evening. Let the name guide your order. It is also a food venue, so a meal and a drink can share the same visit. The programming leans toward drinks you can learn from. Cocktail masterclasses suggest a room that is hands-on and a little technical, made for people who like to know what goes into the glass. It suits a slower night out with someone who enjoys talking about flavour. Come curious and ask plenty of questions. You will likely leave knowing more than you did when you arrived.
