Honor Oak Youth Club

Lewisham

Honor Oak Youth Club is a youth club in SE4. Sessions are split by age. Seniors sessions are for teenagers from 13 to 19. Mixed sessions take in younger children from 8 up to 19, so each group has its own session. The club is open to young people with SEND, up to the age of 25. That shapes the feel of the place. It is somewhere people arrive, find their footing and come back. Hidden venues like this one tend to run on word of mouth. Parents pass it on. Young people bring a friend. That is how a club like this keeps its regulars. If you are a young person in SE4, or you work with them, this is the kind of local place that does its job quietly and well.
