Lea Bridge Library is a local library that does more than lend books. Its programming leans towards families and young people. Expect play sessions for toddlers, craft activities for children, and a youth space where teenagers get a room of their own. There are film clubs for younger viewers and coffee mornings where parents and carers meet over a hot drink and a bit of company. It suits anyone who wants a library with a lively community side. Parents with pre-schoolers will find sessions built around play and conversation. Older kids and teens get space to meet and be themselves. Books are at the heart of it, but the rooms are full of people, and that is the point.
