Seddon Centre

The Seddon Centre in E10 is a place to go for the people as much as the programme. It runs a steady mix of sessions for babies, toddlers and the grown-ups who bring them. You'll find baby massage, play and learn for under twos, music and rhymes, and hands-on making sessions where a bit of mess is expected. The crowd is mostly parents, carers and small children. Sessions tend to feel relaxed and unhurried. You'll meet other families at a similar stage of life, which is often the point. If you're new to local toddler groups, this is a good place to start. Pick something that suits your child's age and mood. Then go along and see how it feels.
