Omeara: Pub in Southwark, London

Omeara is in SE1, and its programming leans towards club nights and day parties. You'll find DJ-led nights built around particular sounds, like R'n'B and old skool, alongside promoters who run their own regular bills. That mix tends to draw people who know the music and came to dance. Start by picking the sound, not the headline name. If a night is built around a genre you already love, or a promoter whose past bills you trust, that's usually a better bet than the artist at the top of the poster. Day parties and late nights feel different, so decide what kind of evening you want first. A daytime session is often looser and more social.
