Saint Monday

Hackney

1 upcoming event

Saint Monday is a brewery in E8, and its events tend to centre on how the beer gets made. That is the first thing to know. Expect to go behind the scenes, see the process up close, and ask the people who do the work. The crowd is usually curious. Some come for a drink at the end. Others come because they want to understand why one beer tastes the way it does. You don't need any background to join in. A good tour explains things plainly and leaves room for questions. If you like food and drink with a story behind it, this is the kind of place to pick. Go for the process, and the glass will make more sense.
