12 Crooms Hill

Some London venues sell you a big night out. This one is quieter, and more useful for it. 12 Crooms Hill is an art space in SE10, and it tends to programme the hands-on and the slow. Expect workshops where you leave with something you made, like embroidery or fan making. Expect theatre too, often small-scale and intimate, where the staging is simple and the story does the work. The crowd is usually people who like to make or watch closely. Come alone or with a friend who wants to do something rather than be seen somewhere. Check the list below for what is on. The kind of evening you get here stays the same.
