Night Tales Loft is a food venue in E8, and the programme runs well past dinner. It leans towards live music and DJ sets, with a habit of longer nights and weekender-style events. Expect a mix. Some nights are built around a single live act. Others stretch out across several DJs, the kind of bill you stay for until the lights come up. It suits people who want to eat properly first and then stay for the music. The crowd tends to like a loft room with a bit of edge, and doesn't mind a late finish. When you're deciding, look at the bill. The format changes from one night to the next, so the lineup tells you more than the venue name does.
