About
Cali-style salsa is what you're learning at Jalisco Kitchen on Coldharbour Lane in Brixton, which runs this weekly. If you want to actually build it, a standing class works - you show up each week instead of trying once.
The space is half kitchen, half dance floor. Margaritas on tap, Mexican food coming through, people hanging around after. It's not a studio - learning and socialising blend together. The kind of place where you absorb a new skill differently, just by showing up regularly.
