This project takes place over the course of four ‘chapters’ between July 2026 – July 2027. Twenty artists have been invited to deconstruct, dismantle, and reclaim movement traditions in a project that dis/honours Siobhan Davies’ original work and pushes against the edges of how dance is archived, remembered, and celebrated.These new/old works celebrate different practices, experiences and perspectives that have shaped and will continue to shape the Studios over the last two decades, the next 20 years and way beyond.
