Contemporary Introduction with Simone Sistarelli

Beginner contemporary dance every Saturday morning at The Place through December. No experience needed. Contemporary dance is exploration, not technique. You're learning how your body moves through space and what that feels like, not drilling steps. Saturday mornings tend to be quiet in London studios, which helps when you're new to something. If you've always wondered what contemporary dance actually is, this is a real entry point, structured for people starting fresh.
