Monthly Trad Session

Gibney's hosts a monthly trad session on the last Wednesday. Musicians bring instruments and play through the evening, no setlist, just the traditional tunes flowing. It's the kind of night that works in an East End Irish pub because everyone who shows up understands what trad needs.

Fiddles and bodhrán carry the room. People here know the music, and they've learned it properly. If you play, you can sit in. If you're listening, you get music played by people with real skill.

Monthly recurring means it's a stable thing. Same musicians building the vibe each month.
