Novella Book Club

Sam from Burley Fisher Books brings a book club to the upstairs room at the Earl of Derby, third Wednesday of every month at 8pm. It's the kind of thing that works because nobody's trying to perform: you show up with something you've read, or just curious about what's on the table, and it's a proper conversation over a drink.

Regular schedule means you can slot it into a month. Works for people who read and want to actually talk about it, not just own the book as decoration. The Earl gives you a pub rather than a library, which changes everything.
