About
This monthly gathering at The Wheelwrights Arms pulls in people who take barbecue seriously. You won't find casual chat here. These are folks comparing notes on techniques, sharing what they've learned, and cooking together. It's genuinely about developing your skills and building community around the craft.
Come ready for proper conversation. You'll pick up useful techniques, hear about equipment that actually matters, maybe find the people worth following for smoking tips or grilling advice. The appeal is straightforward: if you're into outdoor cooking, you're surrounded by people who genuinely care about it.
