The Admiralty is a food venue in WC2N, and it runs its events around the table. Expect nights built on a single idea: one ingredient, one drink, one tradition worth a closer look. That focus is the point. You are there to eat and drink properly, not to be herded through a menu. The crowd tends to be curious rather than loud. People come to learn what something tastes like, where it comes from, and why others care about it. Bring an appetite and some patience for the odd detail. Pick by theme. If the subject appeals, the night will suit you. If you want a broad evening out, look elsewhere on the list.
