Contemporary Intermediate for Over 60s with Natalie Dodd

Contemporary dance Thursday mornings at The Place, taught by Natalie Dodd and focused on building technique and strength. For people over 60 who've danced before and want to keep the form going. It's proper class work, not a beginner's taster or a social drop-in.

Thursday 11am to 12:30pm becomes a good midweek ritual: something that anchors your week. You move, you think clearly, you feel better for it. The Place itself is a real studio space, the kind of room that takes the work seriously.
