Contemporary Introduction with Sarah Miller

Contemporary dance opens up once you stop worrying about getting it 'right'. The Place runs weekly sessions with Sarah Miller for people starting out, set up to make that possible, no pressure to perform, no watching yourself in judgment.

You'll work on movement and technique, building confidence week by week. It's the kind of structured practice that sounds simple but changes how you think about your body and space. Showing up regularly is where the real learning happens.

If you've wanted to move differently but felt too self-conscious to start, this is the setup for it.
