Dance Technique for Ages 11-14

If you're looking for something that sticks at this age, contemporary technique does the work. Your pre-teen gets real strength and flexibility gains, plus something harder to measure: the feeling that their body can do something interesting. Contemporary lets you play, rather than nail a perfect position.

The Place runs these Thursday classes through December, the kind of steady thing that becomes a genuine part of their week without turning into another obligation. It's one of those rare commitments that feels like freedom instead of a chore.
