Tanztheater Improvers with Adrian Look

Tanztheater blends movement with narrative, dance that communicates through your body's own choices rather than executing a sequence. Adrian Look's improvers class at The Place is for people with some movement experience who want to deepen their expression and improvisation.

The focus is technique and improvisation working together. You're building confidence in what your body can say, learning to trust your instincts when you're moving without a script.

Weekly classes mean you're working with the same people, which matters for improvisation. Good for anyone curious about dance as a language, not just a physical practice.
